These Terms govern your access to and use of cukecoin.xyz and all Cuke-operated digital experiences (the "Cuke Website"). Cuke is operated by Cuke Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Cuke Website.

1. Conditions of Use

The Cuke Website is intended for users at least eighteen (18) years old. By using the Cuke Website, you confirm that:

• You accept these Terms fully and unconditionally

If you do not agree with these Terms, stop using the Cuke Website immediately.

Digital Wallets

Connecting a blockchain wallet may be required for certain future Services. Wallets are third-party products. You are solely responsible for:

• Private keys
• Seed phrases
• Wallet security

Cuke Media LLC cannot recover lost wallets or credentials.

Digital Collectibles

Cuke may offer digital collectibles in the future through free mints, allowlists, or public sales. Any such sales will be final unless required by law. Details will be announced through official Cuke channels only.

5. No Financial Advice

The $CUKE token and any Cuke digital assets are not financial products. Cuke Media LLC does not:

• Provide investment, financial, or legal advice
• Guarantee future value or returns
• Promise any form of profit

You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information found on this Site, and for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations related to digital assets.

6. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Cuke content without authorization
• Use Cuke content in defamatory, hateful, obscene, or unlawful ways
• Impersonate Cuke or imply false affiliation with Cuke Media LLC
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Cuke Website
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Services
• Create or promote counterfeit tokens, domains, or accounts using the Cuke name or identity
• Violate any applicable laws

7. Security

You must not attempt to bypass security measures, access unauthorized data, or disrupt the functioning of the Cuke Website.

8. Warranty and Liability

The Cuke Website and Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuke Media LLC disclaims all implied warranties. Cuke Media LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of wallet access or compromised credentials
• Blockchain failures, forks, downtime, or hacks
• Third-party platform failures
• Unauthorized access, malware, or malicious attacks
• Actions of scam accounts, counterfeit tokens, or fraudulent domains impersonating Cuke

You agree to indemnify Cuke Media LLC for claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Breach of Terms

Cuke Media LLC may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Third-Party Content

The Cuke Website may contain links to third-party websites and platforms. Cuke Media LLC is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

11. Intellectual Property

The Cuke name, character, logo, and all associated creative assets are the intellectual property of Cuke Media LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation is prohibited. A USPTO trademark application for "CUKE" is currently in progress.

12. Assignment

Cuke Media LLC may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without written consent.

13. Validity

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14. Electronic Communication

You agree that communications sent electronically (including by email) constitute valid and legally binding notice.

15. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming. Venue for disputes is the appropriate court located in Wyoming.
